Marijuana Delivery became legalized in Sacramento and the rest of California state in 2018 with the passage of Proposition 64. The only stipulation is that you must be 21 years of age or older and order through a licensed marijuana retailer and/or marijuana delivery service, such as ours is.

Ordering for marijuana delivery is easy. You simply go to our online store at sovereign916.com/shop and add any items you want to your cart. Once you have finished adding those items, click checkout, complete the payment information, and voilà! Your cannabis products will be collected, packaged, and sent on your way to your home. Most of our customers will choose for weed delivery service either on the same day or they will pre-order for the next day. We recommend doing the pre-order as this will allow you to choose a more specific time frame in which you want your marijuana delivered.

That said, same-day delivery is also available with a few stipulations. First, the same California state law that allows us to do weed delivery service does not allow us to deliver after 10 pm. Second, because of our location and general traffic times, any same-day delivery to Chico must be made before noon. Finally, when our delivery drivers arrive at your home (whether it is for same day or next day delivery), you will need to show them your driver's license to prove age and if you feel inclined, cash tips are always welcome.
